Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, while check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Any changes may be arranged in advance, subject to accommodation availability.

Payment Methods
The reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay cost, to be paid by bank transfer.
The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival or in advance, according to the guest’s preference.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, only the deposit will be retained.
From 29 days before arrival, full payment for the stay will be required.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the booked stay will still be charged.

Tourist Tax
The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price and amounts to €1.00 per person per night, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.
Guests under 14 years of age are exempt from this tax.
Payment will be made in cash upon arrival.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of €100 will be requested upon arrival and will be refunded on the day of departure, subject to verification of the apartment’s condition.

House Rules

• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

• Pets are not allowed.

• The stay is reserved exclusively for the persons indicated at the time of booking. Upon arrival, a valid identity document will be required for mandatory registration as per current regulations.

Final Cleaning
Final cleaning service is included in the rate.
We kindly ask guests to leave the accommodation in a decent condition, with the kitchen tidy and waste collected and separated according to local regulations.
Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of €50 may be applied and deducted from the security deposit.
